BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

POSITION SUMMARY

Graphic Visual Solutions is looking for a “Business-to-Business” sales professional who has a proven track record in generating revenue growth within new business and existing business accounts. We are looking for a successful sales professional who approaches sales and business development with enthusiasm, vigor, authenticity, creativity and innovation, with an end goal of securing new client relationships that will be solid and successful.

LOCATION

This position will be based at our facility in Greensboro, NC or can have a home base out of the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The key characteristics that will lead to success in this role will include the ability to identify and prospect new clients, win new business accounts, increase revenue from within existing business accounts and possess key core competencies in analyzing, planning, and executing sales growth in alignment with our own business plan. The successful candidate will be joining a team of top professionals that are considered “the best” in our industry.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties which will include analyzing and setting sales projections for existing and new customers, profiling and prospecting new customers, conducting annual reviews with top clients and providing consultative selling solutions with the end goal resulting in achieving their annual sales target. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in generating revenue growth within the net-new business accounts with annual spends of $50,000 plus in each respective account.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a four-year degree or equivalent training and experience along with a high standard of interpersonal, communication, computer, presentation and creative thinking skills. A minimum of five years in sales and new business development experience is required. Previous sales experience within the commercial and/or packaging print business environment or vertical markets which include textile, ad agency, direct mail marketing, retail (food and beverage), transportation, and furniture market segments is highly desirable. CRM experience is a plus. Must possess a strong network of business-to-business customers. This position will require frequent travel within the Greater Raleigh, NC area.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION SUMMARY

Graphic Visual Solutions is looking for an experienced inside sales and customer service professional who has served in a dual role responsible for increasing sales of assigned and potential accounts along with the experience in providing the customer support service in managing the job orders from the RFQ stage through delivery within a Commercial and/or Packaging Printing Company.

LOCATION

This position will be based at our Corporate office in Greensboro, NC.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties which will include making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective clients, working from a provided generated leads listing and securing estimates in generating sales revenue and managing multiple print projects. The successful candidate will also provide the overall project management and execution in managing jobs which include order entry, obtaining all specifications from clients, checking proofs, documenting changes, tracking jobs through production and preparing pre-invoices for review and approvals. This role will serve as the focal point in communicating the status of job orders with the Customers and our Production Team and ensures that the job orders achieve quality, cost and on-time delivery standards.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a minimum of three years experience serving in a sales and customer service role within a Commercial and/or Packaging Print business environment. Proficiency using management information systems and CRM is highly desirable. Must possess project management, oral and written communication, exceptional customer service presentation, organizational, computer and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable calling new customers and be prepared to work on lead generation efforts.
